Our kits come with one set of piston and gaskets for the package price. Porting and head mods are also part of the deal. Yamaha YZ and Suzuki RMs include case mods and top end R&R. If you have a Honda CR or Kawasaki KX you may also send the engine for top end R&R but no case mods are needed. We’ll check and advise you on the condition of the engine too. Sending an engine is more expensive than just a top end only. Please check the boxes below for powerband choices.

For individual top end parts, send the complete cylinder, head, and powervalves all bolted together. Use a 8x8x8 inch box and plenty of tightly packed paper or Styrofoam peanuts.
For Yamaha YZ and Suzuki RM models FOR Supermini or 144 conversions, send the whole engine. Start by draining the oil, coolant, and fuel. Double-box the engine with at least a few inches of packing material between the engine and box and the inner box and the outer box. If you choose UPS, save the tracking number so you can track your package to see when it arrives. All orders are checked into the system in the week they arrive and turnaround time varies based on seasonality. In many cases we have several cores in stock for immediate trade-up.
